WhatsApp, the world's most popular messaging app, is constantly evolving to meet the needs of its more than 2 billion+ users. Recently, the app has been testing new text formatting options for both Android and iOS users.  The new options would allow users to bold, italicize, and underline text, as well as change the color and size of the font. This would be a significant improvement over the current text formatting options, which are limited to bold and italic. The new text formatting options are currently available in the WhatsApp beta for Android and iOS. To use these options, simply type the desired formatting symbol before your message. For example, to create a bulleted list, type '-' or '*' before each line. To create a numbered list, type a number followed by a period before each line.
