Happening on Sunday, February 4th, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM local time, this exciting event grants increased chances of encountering Chansey in the wild, potentially even its shiny form!

Evolve Chansey for a Special Attack: Wild Charge Blissey!

Evolve your Chansey during the event or up to five hours afterward to acquire a Blissey that knows the exclusive Charged Attack, Wild Charge. This electric-type move adds versatility to Blissey's already impressive defensive arsenal, making it a formidable opponent in PvP battles.

How to Participate?

Before the Event:

1) Update Pokémon Go

Ensure you have the latest version of Pokémon Go installed to access all event features.

2) Stock up on supplies

Gather plenty of Poke Balls, Great Balls, Ultra Balls, Pinap Berries, and potions. Consider purchasing special event bundles for additional resources.

3) Plan your route

Identify areas with high PokéStop and Gym density to optimize your encounter chances and lure effectiveness.

4) Connect with Trainers

Join your local Pokémon Go community or team up with friends to share tips, tackle Raids, and enhance the experience.

During the Event:

1) Open Pokémon Go:

launch the app and head to a hotspot with increased Chansey spawns.

2) Activate Incense and Lure Modules

Attract Chansey closer by using Incense and placing Lure Modules on PokéStops.

3) Catch Chansey!

Encounter and catch as many Chansey as possible, aiming for high IVs and the elusive shiny form.

4) Complete Field Research

Look for Community Day–themed Field Research tasks and claim valuable rewards.

5) Participate in Raid

From 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, join or host four-star Raids featuring Chansey to acquire Candy and evolve powerful Blisseys.

6) Evolve Chansey

 During the event window (or up to five hours afterward), evolve your Chansey to obtain a Blissey with the exclusive Wild Charge attack.

Bonus Raids:

Don't miss out on special four-star Raid Battles featuring Chansey from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM local time after the Community Day window. Defeating Chansey in these Raids increases the likelihood of finding more Chansey around the Gym for 30 minutes, offering additional opportunities to stock up on Candy and evolve powerful Blisseys.
