Revised iPadOS 17.5.1 Update Apple has just released a revised version of iPadOS 17.5.1. This surprise update comes two weeks after the initial iPadOS 17.5.1 rollout aimed to fix a widespread issue where deleted photos reappeared in users' libraries . According to Apple, the new updates fix a rare issue reported by users. In this issue, photos that experienced database corruption could reappear in the Photo's library even if they were deleted. The company explained that the files on NAND storage, a type of memory used in smartphones, aren’t truly deleted when the user issues a delete command. Instead, the space they occupy is marked as available for future use. The current data remains intact until new data is written over it.
