Lack of legal representation: The platform also failed to appoint a legal representative in Brazil, a requirement for foreign companies operating abroad. Due to this, the Brazilian Supreme Court has ordered a Nationwide Ban in Brazil. The block affects all users in Brazil, regardless of their location or internet service provider.
